Occupational Health Nurse - Part Time Temp

Arbella Insurance is seeking a part-time, temporary Occupational Health Nurse to support employee health, safety, and well-being. This role partners with Human Resources and our leaders to promote a healthy workplace and care for our employees. The work schedule is 9:30am to 3:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.Key Responsibilities
Provide general first aid, workplace health assessments and guidance/referrals within the scope of nursing practice.
Support work-related injury follow-up and return-to-work coordination with HR and healthcare providers.
Assist with wellness initiatives, health education, and workplace safety programs.
Provide general oversight of employee leave management, serve as a liaison between employees and leave administrators when an employee is navigating a newly diagnosed health condition.
Maintain accurate, confidential employee health records.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse license in MA and current CPR/BLS certification.
Occupational health, employee health, or related nursing experience needed.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and sound clinical judgment.
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Our current reasonable and good faith estimate of the hourly wage range for this position is approximately $42.00 to $52.00 an hour based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, educational background and certifications, performance and qualifications, market demand for the role and other organizational needs.
