Branch Operations Analyst (Account opening team) - NCT

Details of the Division and Team:
Branch Operations is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information. This may require them to perform controls within their own area of responsibility. Work includes:
Ensuring the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate
Building and managing relationships with the front office and other internal and/or external parties.

Your key responsibilities:
FINI’s tax ID registration.
Cash , securities, and trading account opening process
FINI name changed and account closed operations.
Understand custody account opening process and applicable regulations.
Prepare documentation and perform tasks related to audit, control and reconciliation purpose.
Monitor and follow up the pending items for daily activities and ad-hoc tasks.
Support client reporting and inquiries
Communicate with local brokers, Taiwan depositary and local tax agents for account opening and audit process.
Participant in system enhancement and ad-hoc system testing for client’s request, market change, or system regular upgrade.
Monthly invoice process
Your skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business management, or relevant function
Experiences in banking operations or custodian function is preferred
Good knowledge of FINI system in Taiwan market
Good communication and English written skill
Ability to work independently
Digital transformation, process automation and efficiency delivery experience
Proficiency in workflow AI tools, drives innovation, proactive in identifying and implementing technological solutions and a forward-thinking mindset
Sufficient MS office skill.
