Alconost helps digital products speak the language of their users. We localize software, games, apps and websites into 120+ languages, and we're looking for a Localization Manager to join our growing team.
Who we're looking for
You're early in your career and great with people. Maybe you've worked in customer support, client success or project coordination, or you're a translator or linguist who wants to move into management. Project management experience is not required, we'll teach you.
What matters most:
Strong communication skills and experience working with clients
Fluent English
You're organized, own your tasks and meet deadlines
You already use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) in your everyday work
Curious about how localization works and eager to learn fast
Nice to have: experience in translation, game localization or a second foreign language
What you'll do
Manage localization projects for global clients: apps, games, websites, software
Work with translators and editors from all over the world
Communicate with clients across time zones
Keep an eye on deadlines, quality and budgets
Build and use AI-powered localization workflows
