Event & Community Manager (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)

Looking for a role where every event is yours from first idea to last guest out the door? This is for you! You’ll own our trade shows, speaker events, and internal team moments end to end, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and the founders. If you get your energy from people and love making things happen under pressure, this is built for you.
Please note that for this role, C2 German and C2 English proficiency are required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.
What You’ll Do
- End-to-end trade show ownership. From picking the right shows to booth concept, logistics, and on-site execution, you run it all and make sure Reonic stands out on even the busiest floor.
- Speaker events that fill the room. You find and book the right speakers, build the program, promote it, and make sure the right people show up.
- Customer and partner relationships. You’re the face of Reonic at events: confident with customers, partners, and speakers, and the one who turns a conversation into a lasting connection.
- Internal team moments. From offsites to celebrations, you create the experiences that bring our people together and keep our culture strong as we grow.
- Commercial impact. You don’t just run events, you make them count. You work with Sales and Marketing to turn events into pipeline, partnerships, and brand awareness, then measure what actually works.
- Speed and adaptability. Tight timelines and shifting priorities are part of the job. You keep things moving and deliver anyway.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Native or C2-level German and C2-level English.
- Proven experience running trade shows end to end, ideally in B2B or software.
- A track record of booking speakers and organizing events people actually want to attend.
- Outgoing and confident, energized rather than drained by customers, partners, and speakers.
- Highly organized with a hands-on mentality. You sweat the details without losing sight of the big picture.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and don’t slow down when plans change last minute.
