Our client is a growing U.S.-based property management company looking for a Bilingual Rent Collections Specialist to help manage unpaid rent, work with tenants on payment solutions, and keep accounts on track.

What You’ll Do
Contact tenants about past-due rent and unpaid balances.
Make outbound calls in English and Spanish.
Discuss accounts and payment options with tenants.
Set up and follow up on payment arrangements.
Track payments, missed payments, and account updates.
Keep clear and accurate notes on collection activity.
Work with the property team to resolve account issues.
Escalate accounts when needed and follow up until resolved.
What You’ll Bring
Fluent English and Spanish — required.
Collections experience — required.
Rent or property management collections experience is a plus.
Comfortable making outbound collection calls.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Able to handle difficult conversations with patience and professionalism.
Organized, reliable, and strong with follow-up.
Comfortable using CRM or property management software.
Able to manage multiple accounts independently.
