Junior Data Analys （Entry / Junior Level）

Role Description This part-time remote Junior Data Analyst role at Hub-Lo en Centre-Val de Loire focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Junior Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency. Day-to-day tasks include performing basic statistical analyses, building simple data models, and generating clear reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with team members to understand business questions, translating them into analytical tasks, and communicating findings in an accessible way. Qualifications
Strong foundational Analytical Skills and an interest in applying Data Analytics techniques to real-world business problems.
Basic understanding of Statistics and experience using statistical concepts to interpret and summarize data.
Exposure to Data Modeling, including organizing data structures and building simple models to support reporting and analysis.
Clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to explain data findings to non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and introductory experience with data analysis tools or languages (such as SQL, Python, or R) is beneficial.
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and follow data governance and privacy guidelines.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with distributed team members.
Relevant coursework or a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
