Role Description The Executive Supply Chain Management role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing day-to-day supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory monitoring, and coordination with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely replenishment of stock. The executive will track order status, manage lead times, and resolve supply disruptions to maintain product availability across retail locations. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to optimize inventory levels, supporting process improvements, and collaborating with purchasing, warehouse, and store teams to streamline workflows. The role also requires preparing regular reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, procurement, and logistics processes.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets, ERP systems, or retail management software.
Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.
Ability to prioritize tasks, solve operational problems, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field; relevant internships or experience in retail or FMCG is an advantage.
Comfort with on-site work in Gurugram and willingness to collaborate closely with store, warehouse, and corporate teams.
Knowledge of basic compliance, documentation, and standard operating procedures related to supply chain and retail operations.
