Our staffing division supports experiential programs nationwide, recruiting and managing brand ambassadors, team leads, and event staff for brands and agencies across the country.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Staffing Manager to join our growing Staffing & Recruitment team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of experiential marketing and can independently manage multiple staffing programs from recruitment through event completion.
The ideal candidate has experience working within an experiential marketing or event staffing agency and is comfortable managing high-volume recruiting, scheduling, employee communications, and last-minute staffing changes.
Hands-on experience with StaffConnect on the agency administration side is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage staffing programs across multiple clients, events, and markets simultaneously.
Recruit, screen, interview, and select qualified brand ambassadors, team leads, and other event personnel.
Manage event scheduling, shift assignments, confirmations, and last-minute replacements.
Maintain accurate employee profiles, event notes, and staffing records in StaffConnect.
Coordinate employee onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
Communicate regularly with field staff, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
Review employee hours, resolve timesheet discrepancies, and coordinate payroll closeout.
Monitor staffing progress, anticipate coverage challenges, and proactively resolve issues.
Maintain strong relationships with reliable field staff across multiple markets.
Qualifications
Experience managing recruitment and staffing operations within an experiential marketing, event staffing, or similar agency environment.
Hands-on StaffConnect administrator experience strongly preferred, including applicant management, scheduling, staff selection, and shift confirmations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events and staffing deadlines simultaneously.
Experience with field employee onboarding, scheduling, and payroll coordination.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Experience with Monday.com and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
Position Details
Employment: Full-time, permanent
Location: Remote, United States
Time zone: Eastern or Central preferred
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually
Schedule: Standard business hours, with flexibility as needed for event operations
Weekend coverage: Approximately one on-call weekend per month
