Must-Have Technical Skills
Strong Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
Hands-on experience with JBPM workflow design, development, and deployment
Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
Knowledge of BPM concepts, process orchestration, business rules, and approval workflows
Relational databases and SQL query optimization
Git, Maven/Gradle, design patterns, and coding best practices
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot
Design and implement JBPM workflows and business process automation solutions
Integrate REST APIs with internal and external systems
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Configure workflows, task management, and approval mechanisms
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and application support
Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions
