The ideal candidate has strong experience across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C), along with advanced Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, OIC integrations, REST/SOAP services, reporting, DevOps, and production support capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of three developers, including work allocation, technical direction, code reviews, quality oversight, and delivery tracking.
Act as the technical lead for SCM application enhancements, integrations, incident resolution, and production support.
Partner with solution architects, functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
Prepare and review technical solution documents, design specifications, interface mappings, deployment plans, test evidence, support documentation, and operational runbooks.

Develop and maintain custom interfaces, data conversions, and migration scripts using PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, Oracle APIs, and other approved integration methods.
Develop operational and analytical reports using Oracle Reports Builder, XML Publisher/BI Publisher, Discoverer, and related reporting tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Drop Ship Orders, supplier transactions, interfaces, and other P2P/O2C process flows.
Perform root-cause analysis, implement defect fixes and performance improvements, and drive preventive actions for recurring production issues.
Ensure code quality through development standards, peer reviews, unit testing, debugging, security controls, documentation, and release-readiness checks.
Support DevOps and release-management activities, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, deployment coordination, rollback planning, and post-deployment validation.
Provide technical estimates, identify delivery risks and dependencies, communicate status, and escalate issues when required.
Promote knowledge sharing, reusable integration patterns, coding standards, and continuous improvement across the development team.

10+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS technical development, SCM applications, enterprise integrations, or a comparable application-development environment.
Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS SCM modules, with working knowledge of P2P and O2C business processes.
Advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, performance tuning, and debugging.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including adapters, connections, mappings, orchestrations, schedules, fault handling, monitoring, and integration troubleshooting.
Strong API-development experience using REST and SOAP services, JSON, XML, authentication mechanisms, error handling, versioning, and API documentation.
Experience with Oracle APIs, interface tables, concurrent programs, SQL*Loader, and data migration/conversion techniques.
Experience with Oracle Reports Builder, XML Publisher/BI Publisher, and Discoverer or equivalent reporting technologies.
Experience with DevOps practices, source control, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release-management processes.
Ability to develop high-quality technical designs and conduct structured code and design reviews.
Experience creating and maintaining process flows, system integration diagrams, data-flow diagrams, and technical architecture visuals using Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or comparable diagramming tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, production-support, and root-cause-analysis skills.

Prior experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a small technical team.
Ability to balance team leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical delivery.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines, risks, and dependencies.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
