Junior Designer

We’re looking for a detail-oriented 'Junior Interior Designer' to join our design team, working on managed office spaces and large corporate fit-outs. The role focuses on technical drafting, space planning, and coordinating interior layouts with electrical and HVAC requirements.
Key responsibilities
* Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings, including furniture layouts, dimension plans, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations, and sections.
* Prepare MEP, lighting, switching, power, and data-point layouts in coordination with the design team.
* Identify clashes between interior elements and building services, and support their resolution.
* Maintain coordinated drawing sets, revision records, and as-built documentation.
* Support site teams and vendors with drawing clarifications.
What we’re looking for
* A degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
* 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate interiors or commercial office fit-outs (bonus if it involves tech-park projects)
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and a sound understanding of technical drawings.
* Exposure to large floor plates, tech parks, or multi-tenant office projects.
* A working understanding of electrical, lighting, HVAC, and other building services coordination.
* Ability to manage revisions and work collaboratively with designers, consultants, and execution teams.
