Role Overview
We are looking for a technically proficient CRM professional who can independently implement, integrate, automate, and troubleshoot business systems. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience connecting CRM platforms with lead-generation sources, WhatsApp, dialers, telephony systems, and other business applications.
This is not a basic CRM data-entry, CRM administration, or campaign-execution role. We need someone who understands integrations at a technical level and can diagnose and resolve real-world issues.
1. CRM Implementation & Integration — Mandatory
Experience handling Zoho CRM implementation, from requirement gathering and configuration to testing and go-live.
Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM APIs and third-party integrations.
Integration of website forms with CRM for automated lead capture.
Integration with WhatsApp platforms, Meta Lead Ads, and other lead-generation channels.
Experience integrating TagMango with a CRM or another business platform.
Implementation of duplicate lead prevention across multiple lead sources.
Building customer-matching logic using mobile numbers, email addresses, or unique customer IDs.
Troubleshooting failed APIs and resolving integration issues.
2. Dialer & Telephony Integration — Mandatory
Hands-on experience integrating CRM with dialers or telephony platforms.
Exposure to Ozonetel, Exotel, Ameyo, or equivalent platforms.
Configuration of auto-dialer campaigns.
Automated capture of call start time, end time, duration, agent details, call status, and recording URLs.
Mapping call logs and recordings to the correct lead or customer.
Experience investigating SIP disconnections during auto-dialling, independently or in coordination with a telephony provider.
3. Automation, Dashboards & Coding — Mandatory
Building automated follow-up and reactivation journeys for inactive leads or existing customers.
Creating CRM dashboards for leads, sales activity, conversions, and agent performance.
Writing and debugging scripts or custom functions for CRM automation.
Practical experience with Deluge, JavaScript, Python, Google Apps Script, or a comparable programming language.
Technical Skills

Selection Process
Initial resume screening.
Technical screening questionnaire covering the mandatory requirements.
Mandatory practical technical assignment after the first screening round.
Technical discussion and final evaluation.
Candidates must be able to explain actual implementations, the challenges encountered, and how they resolved them. Merely knowing the names of tools or having theoretical knowledge will not be sufficient.
