Key Responsibilities:
Manage Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing, Income Processing, Claims, Payments, Reconciliation, and Settlements.
Independently handle client interactions and calls.
Identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and escalate critical matters promptly.
Lead teams, drive process improvements, and share domain knowledge.
Required Skills & Experience:
4–10 years of experience in Asset Servicing and Corporate Actions.
Experience managing a team of at least 10 members.
Knowledge of DTCC Settlements, Middle Office, Event Processing, Reconciliation, and Settlements.
Understanding of equity/bond income processing, claims validation, payment initiation, and SWIFT messages.
Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and client management skills.
