Minimum Relevant Experience Required: 3-5 years
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team and oversee the design requirements. You will guide the design team to create attractive graphics for our company's digital marketing needs. You will play a significant role in ideating brand campaigns and adding value to the same by creating high-quality designs.
Responsibilities-
· Design graphic assets like logo, blogs, infographics, social media creative & reels, video editing, landing pages and websites etc.
· Research and brainstorm various design ideas for content and marketing.
· Review the work submitted by Junior Designers, share your feedback and get the work done.
· Ensure all created designs follow the brand guidelines.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the project or campaign requirements.
· Compile and manage a design style guide to help the team understand the brand guidelines.
· Stay updated about the latest developments in the design industry.
Requirements-
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as a Senior Graphic Designer, UI Designer, or a similar role.
· Excellent experience working with various design software & tools, such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and others.
· Knowledge of the latest visual elements, fonts, design techniques, and aesthetics.
· Bachelor's degree in Arts, Graphic Design, or a similar field.
· Creative individual with an artistic mind.
· Ability to work on multiple projects & excellent communication skills.
