Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve client rankings and drive organic traffic.
Manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
Handle client communications, presenting strategies, reports, and results in a clear and professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report findings to clients.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the agency remains competitive.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry, with at least 3 years in an SEO management role.
Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 people.
Strong client-handling experience, particularly with international clients.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a digital marketing agency is a must.
