Senior BI Analyst / Microsoft Power Platform
Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid – Onsite 1 Day per Week)

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related technical role.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Hands-on expertise with the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
Power BI
Power Apps
Power Automate
Copilot Studio
Strong experience with MicroStrategy for enterprise reporting and analytics.
Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, database modeling, tables, views, and stored procedures.
Experience integrating data from multiple sources with different schemas and database environments.
Strong understanding of data modeling, semantic models, and enterprise BI architecture.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Must reside in the Washington, DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia area and be able to work onsite in Reston, VA, once per week.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid schedule with onsite work in Reston, VA, once per week.
Initial video interview with the hiring manager.
Final panel interview conducted onsite in Reston, VA.
12-month contract-to-hire opportunity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a senior-level BI professional with deep Microsoft Power Platform expertise, strong MicroStrategy experience, and advanced SQL capabilities. They should be comfortable building complex semantic models, integrating disparate data sources, and developing scalable reporting and automation solutions that support business strategy and emerging AI initiatives.
Important: Candidates must meet all mandatory technical requirements, hold the required work authorization, possess a bachelor's degree, and be local to the DC/MD/Northern Virginia area.
