Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities and ensuring smooth business execution. This role includes coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring workflows, and optimizing processes to meet performance targets and service-level commitments. The Operations Manager will track key operational metrics, manage resource allocation, and address issues that impact quality, timelines, or costs. The role also involves implementing standard operating procedures, supporting compliance with company policies, and driving initiatives for continuous improvement. The Operations Manager will report on operational performance to leadership, support strategic planning, and foster a productive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Strong operations management skills, including planning, organizing, and overseeing day-to-day business activities.
Experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and implementing standard operating procedures.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and build collaborative working relationships.
Proficiency in using productivity and reporting tools to track performance metrics and generate operational insights.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrated capacity to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities in Bengaluru.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in an operations or team leadership role, preferably in a service-oriented or corporate setting.
