Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Incharge / Store Staff based in Mathura. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing the store, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring products are well-stocked and properly displayed. Responsibilities include assisting customers, understanding their requirements, offering product information, and processing sales transactions accurately. The role also includes monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers or central teams for replenishment, and implementing basic retail loss prevention measures. The Store Incharge / Store Staff will help achieve sales targets, maintain store records, and follow company policies and standards to ensure a positive and efficient store environment.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and clear Communication.
Experience or aptitude in Store Management, including inventory handling, merchandising, and daily retail operations.
Awareness of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
Basic numerical skills and comfort with billing systems or POS machines.
Ability to work on-site full time in Mathura, including weekends and peak business hours if required.
Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or health and fitness products is an advantage.
Minimum high school education; additional training in retail or customer service is beneficial.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
