Verse is a content strategy, positioning, and distribution agency built exclusively for SaaS companies.
We work with SaaS founders and marketing teams who have a great product but aren't being seen by the right people. Our job is to change that through sharp positioning, a content strategy that converts, and a distribution system that puts them in front of their buyers before their competitors get there first.
We don't do generic content. We don't do content calendars without a strategy behind them. We build the foundation positioning, ICP, voice and then the engine on top of it.
Our clients are SaaS brands in the US and UK at various stages of growth. What they have in common: a product worth buying and a content strategy that isn't doing it justice yet.
That's where Verse comes in.
Sales Executive (Commission-Based), Remote, UK
Verse is looking for a Business Development Associate to help us grow our client base across the UK and US SaaS market.
This is a commission-only role no base salary. But if you're good at this, the earning potential is serious. You'll earn a closing commission on every deal you bring in, plus a performance-based success fee tied to client outcomes. The better you do, the more you earn. Simple as that.
This role is ideal for someone who already understands the SaaS space, knows how to have a conversation with a founder without sounding like a salesperson, and wants to build real commercial experience at a fast-moving agency.

What you'll be doing
→ Identifying SaaS founders and marketing leads in the UK and US who would benefit from what Verse does
→ Starting conversations on LinkedIn, via email, through Instagram DMs wherever your target buyer is
→ Qualifying leads and booking discovery calls with the Verse team
→ Supporting the sales process from first conversation to closed deal
→ Building and managing your own pipeline

What we're looking for
→ Based in the UK
→ Strong understanding of the SaaS space you know what a CRM is, what an ICP is, what content strategy means
→ Confident communicator in writing and on calls
→ Self-starter who doesn't need to be managed to stay motivated
→ Someone who sees commission-only as an opportunity, not a red flag
→ Experience in sales, BD, or account management is a bonus — but not required if you can demonstrate the right instincts

You won't be cold calling from a script. You'll be having real conversations with founders who already have a problem we solve. The content we produce generates inbound interest your job is to convert that interest and go find more of it.
