About the Role
Pure Tribe is a growing wellness and supplements brand operating in the United States and Mexico.
We're looking for someone based in Mexico City to take ownership of our affiliate and brand ambassador programs and help turn them into a significant sales channel.
The primary focus is recruiting, developing, and managing a network of affiliates and ambassadors who actively promote Pure Tribe and generate sales.
Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new affiliates and brand ambassadors across Mexico and the US.
Build relationships with fitness professionals, wellness creators, influencers, and relevant communities.
Grow and manage our affiliate program, including commissions, promotions, and ongoing communication.
Keep affiliates engaged and actively promoting Pure Tribe.
Track performance and identify opportunities to increase affiliate-generated revenue.
Coordinate product gifting, paid influencer collaborations, and UGC opportunities when appropriate.
Work closely with our marketing team on campaigns that support affiliate growth.
Requirements
Proven experience building or managing affiliate, ambassador, or influencer partnership programs.
Demonstrated success recruiting and activating revenue-generating affiliates.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience working with US and Mexican markets.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Experience in supplements, fitness, wellness, or beauty is a plus.
What We're Looking For
We want someone who understands that a successful affiliate program isn't measured by how many influencers receive free products, but by how many become active partners generating consistent sales.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, knows how to motivate affiliates, and can take ownership of growing the program.
Position: Full-time independent contractor
