Senior Software Engineer - UI Development

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Python, and Django.
Develop and implement Micro Frontend architectures for enterprise-scale applications.
Build reusable UI components and ensure high performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Perform code reviews and follow best practices for coding, testing, and security.
Leverage GenAI tools and AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.
Design and develop AI-powered agents and automation solutions that provide measurable business value.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
Continuously improve application performance, user experience, and engineering efficiency.

Work Experience
Must Have Skills
Must have hands-on experience in React, Redux, Django, Python, Micro Frontend architecture, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools such as Webpack.
Experience with React.js workflows, including state management and component-based development.
Familiarity with CSS pre-processing libraries (e.g., SASS or LESS) and responsive design principles.
Exposure to other front-end frameworks or libraries such as Angular or Vue.js.
Ability to build AI agents and automation solutions using Generative AI technologies.
Hands-on experience using GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar AI-assisted development platforms.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with attention to detail.
Good understanding of version control systems such as Git.
Nice To Have Skills
Exposure to AWS Cloud services and solutions.
Experience in effort estimation, scheduling, and scope definition.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to understand and work with complex data structures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure to AWS Bedrock or other AI/ML platforms.

5+ years of experience in Front-End or Full-Stack Web Application Development.
Strong hands-on experience with React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Python, Django, and Micro Frontend architecture.
Proficiency in modern front-end build tools such as Webpack.
Experience working with React.js workflows and state management libraries.
Familiarity with CSS pre-processing libraries (e.g., SASS or LESS) and responsive design principles.
Exposure to front-end frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js.
Experience using GenAI tools to improve development productivity and code quality.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
