Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect & Interior Designer role based in New Delhi. The role involves developing architectural and interior concepts, preparing design presentations, drawings, and detailed layouts, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors. Responsibilities include participating in client meetings, understanding project requirements, creating mood boards and material palettes, and ensuring designs are implemented as per specifications and timelines. The Architect & Interior Designer will support project documentation, assist with site inspections, and collaborate with the team to deliver cohesive, high-quality design outcomes across residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed drawings and practical solutions.
Experience with Integration of architectural and interior elements to create coherent, user-centered spaces.
Proficiency in Project Management, including coordination with stakeholders, tracking timelines, and maintaining documentation.
Working knowledge of relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools) and willingness to learn new platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Strong visual, spatial, and design communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.
Understanding of building codes, materials, construction techniques, and industry best practices.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented studio environment.
