Job Purpose
We are looking for a hands-on and driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our team in Sweden. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who has strong foundational knowledge, a proactive mindset, and the ambition to develop professionally.
You will support the planning and execution of a range of marketing initiatives across the Swedish market while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and our broader international team.

The Marketing Executive will be a key member of our Swedish Marketing team, reporting to our Swedish marketing leader, and collaborating closely with our broader teams across Sweden and internationally.

Key responsibilities
Support the development and execution of all local marketing programs and activities, aligned with business goals
Support in the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
Support in the execution of local events and webinars
Create, edit, and proofread high-quality content in Swedish and English (website, social media, email campaigns, presentations, sales materials)
Assist with email marketing and marketing automation activities
Coordinate external suppliers, agencies, and freelancers when needed
Collaborate with partners and agencies where required, owning output and results
KPIs
Consistent, predictable pipeline contribution from the region
Clear regional plan with measurable outcomes and efficient budget usage
Alignment with UK&I Marketing Director and the regional Head of Growth, partners, and leadership team
Campaigns that are relevant, localised, targeted and revenue-driven
Person specification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or equivalent
2–4 years of relevant marketing experience
Broad knowledge of marketing fundamentals (digital marketing, branding, content marketing, analytics, events)
Excellent writing and communication skills in Swedish and English
Experience working hands-on with marketing tools and platforms
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
Ability to work independently in a structured manner
Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
