What You’ll Do
📱 Social Media Management
* Manage
our social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.* Plan co
ntent calendars and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.* Create
content using tools such as Canva and AI-powered content creation tools.* Monitor
engagement, respond to comments, and grow our online communities.
📈 Performance Marketing & Paid Ads
* Plan,
l
aunch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.* Assist
with audience research, campaign targeting, keyword research, and budget allocation.* Track c
ampaign performance, conversions, cost per lead, and return on ad spend (ROAS).* Run A/B
tests on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve results.* Set up
and monitor tracking using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

h competitors, market trends, and target audiences.* Support
lead generation, user acquisition, and customer engagement initiatives.* Collabo
rate with the product and development teams to improve landing pages and conversion rates.* Prepare
weekly performance reports with actionable insights.

interest in digital marketing, social media, and growth marketing.* Basic u
nderstanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.* Familia
rity with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.* Analyti
cal thinking and willingness to experiment with campaigns.* Good wr
itten communication skills in English.* Self-mo
tivated, proactive, and eager to learn by working on real products.
