Site Support Engineer - Pumps, Cyclones, and Valves

Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Pumps, Cyclones, and Valves.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions to ensure reliable equipment operation.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to enhance equipment performance and lifespan.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to resolve complex issues and ensure timely project delivery.
Work actively with the sales team to support aftersales services and identify new equipment opportunities.
Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs, upgrades, and retrofits using standardized documentation tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
Minimum of 5 - 10 years of field service experience, preferably in the mining or cement industries.
Hands-on experience with maintenance, repair, and inspection of industrial equipment, particularly Pumps, Cyclones, and Valves.
English and German Speaking
Strong understanding of mechanical systems; knowledge of control/automation systems is a plus.
Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and best practices.
