Role Description The QA Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The QA Analyst will design, document, and execute manual test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability. Daily responsibilities include reviewing requirements, identifying test scenarios, performing regression and functional testing, and logging detailed defects with clear reproduction steps. The role involves collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and project managers to clarify issues, track resolutions, and help ensure timely, high-quality releases. The QA Analyst will also contribute to improving QA processes, maintaining test documentation, and supporting continuous enhancements to product quality.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret requirements, identify edge cases, and assess risk.
Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices for software products.
Proficiency in Manual Testing techniques and creation, execution, and maintenance of Test Cases.
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC, defect life cycle, and regression testing best practices.
Relevant experience as a QA Analyst or Tester in a software development environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work systematically, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in an on-site team setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and basic understanding of test management tools is an advantage.
