Senior Visa Consultant – AI Operations

We are seeking an experienced Visa Consultant with strong visa documentation and application knowledge who is comfortable working in an AI-assisted environment. The successful candidate will guide complex cases, review AI-assisted work, and help maintain accurate, compliant processes.
Position: Senior Visa Consultant – AI Operations
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Handle tourist, business, visitor, and other visa applications relevant to the company’s services.
Review passports, bank statements, employment evidence, invitations, itineraries, and supporting documents.
Prepare and review visa checklists, cover letters, SOPs, and client communications using approved AI tools and templates.
Verify visa rules and document requirements against current official government, embassy, or authorized application-centre sources.
Identify missing documents, inconsistencies, and information requiring clarification; escalate complex cases when needed.
Perform final quality checks before applications are submitted by authorized staff or clients.
Coach team members on responsible AI use, standard operating procedures, and data confidentiality.
Maintain clear case notes, deadlines, and application status records.
Requirements
2–5 years of visa processing or visa consultancy experience.
Working knowledge of relevant visitor, tourist, business, and/or Schengen visa processes.
Comfort using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for drafting, summarization, and workflow support.
Strong written communication, attention to detail, and client-service skills.
Ability to verify AI output and recognize that AI can make mistakes.
