🚀 We’re Hiring: HR Generalist | White Placard Mobility
Are you an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, on-the-ground operations? White Placard Mobility is growing, and we’re looking for an HR Generalist to help build and support the teams powering India’s EV future. ⚡
📍 Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
💼 Experience: 1–5 years
🎓 Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR
What you’ll do
🔹 Own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for white-collar and blue-collar roles, including EV charging hub staff, EV 4-wheeler and 3-wheeler drivers, and operations teams
🔹 Maintain employee records, documentation, attendance, and leave
🔹 Coordinate payroll on Zoho Payroll and manage HRMS work on Zoho People
🔹 Drive employee engagement and uphold workplace discipline
🔹 Act as the HR point of contact for EV charging hub teams and management
What we’re looking for
✅ Hands-on HR operations experience, ideally in IT, mobility, EV, logistics, or charging hub operations
✅ Solid grasp of recruitment, payroll, HRMS, and employee management
✅ Excellent communication, coordination, and people-management skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
✅ Ability to run HR operations independently and resolve hub-level employee matters
✅ Comfort working in a dynamic, operations-driven environment
