Position: EHS Program Manager
Location: Remote- travel required
Direct Hire
Salary: 120-140k annually + quarterly performance bonus eligibility & benefits
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations Management, Service Delivery, Consulting, Data Center Operations, Construction, Safety, or related fields.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and large operational programs.
• Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and customer-facing engagements.
• Strong experience with governance, reporting, KPI management, risk management, and operational planning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting hyperscale data center environments.
• Experience within Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), construction safety, facilities operations, or critical infrastructure.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, OSHA, CSP, CHST, or similar certifications.
• Experience managing managed services or consulting delivery organizations.
• Familiarity with operational readiness, workforce mobilization, and large scale program launches.
