About This Role
iRhythm is currently seeking an Accounting Specialist for our order-to-cash (OTC) team. Our work environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Most of all, we are passionate about delivering innovations that improve the quality of health care and the patient experience. We are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team today!
OTC responsibilities may include,
Generate and distribute accurate and timely customer invoices
Monitor customer accounts for overdue invoices and follow up with customers via phone or email for collection or resolve payment issues
Resolve customer billing inquiries and account issues through research, reconciliation, and collaboration with other teams internally and externally
Establish and maintain good customer support to facilitate on-time collections, exercise good judgement and escalate invoicing concerns when appropriate
Identify data integrity issues and analyze data and process flows for process improvement opportunities
Assist with pulling supporting documentation for audit requests
Other responsibilities as assigned.
About You
Have an Associate and/or Bachelor degree, preferred in Accounting/Finance
Demonstrate knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills (debit/credit)
Self-motivator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in preparing and entering transactional data
An effective communicator and good listener who can multitask to solve cash application and billing issues
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to communicate proficiently in English, both oral and written
Tech savvy and a fast learner with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
Comfortable working with large volumes of data (as much as a million lines in Excel)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and work well under pressure
2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced and collaborative office environment

Estimated Pay Range
$21.78 - $27.23
