Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of product professionals, establish priorities, remove blockers from day-to-day work, and foster individual growth and performance through mentorship and development.
Product Roadmap Strategy: Own and drive the product roadmap by translating business objectives and customer insights into clearly defined initiatives and deliverables across the Native Teams platform.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Design partners to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and quality standards from discovery through launch and beyond.
Customer Experience & Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with CX, Sales, and other teams to surface customer pain points, validate product decisions, and drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end user experience.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define and track key product metrics and KPIs, monitoring adoption and feature performance to drive data-informed improvements and deliver regular progress updates to senior leadership.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in product management, including significant experience leading product teams or managing senior product professionals.
Proven experience setting product strategy and owning a multi-year roadmap, translating company goals and customer needs into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
Experience building, developing, and managing product teams, including setting expectations, coaching team members, and addressing performance and development needs.
Strong track record of leading cross-functional product delivery with Engineering, Design, CX, Sales, and other business teams, from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement.
Ability to make sound prioritization decisions across competing customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and team capacity.
Experience defining product metrics and KPIs, using data and customer feedback to evaluate adoption, performance, and opportunities for improvement.
Strong customer discovery skills, including the ability to identify customer problems, validate assumptions, and ensure product decisions improve the end-to-end user experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain product direction, trade-offs, risks, and progress to senior leadership.
Strong understanding of software product development, including agile delivery practices, UX principles, technical trade-offs, and collaboration with engineering teams.
Ability to operate at both strategic and practical levels, providing clear direction while stepping in to resolve high-impact delivery or alignment issues.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
