Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented AVP – Production to lead and manage production operations, ensure operational efficiency, maintain product quality, and achieve production targets while optimizing costs and resources.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end production and manufacturing operations.
Develop and implement production plans to meet business targets.
Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Lead, mentor, and manage production teams and department heads.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other departments.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present performance updates to senior management.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Extensive experience in production or manufacturing operations, including leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality management, process improvement, and operational excellence.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
