Human Resources Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Hyderabad. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the company. You will be managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policies and procedures etc., and will provide support to employees regarding all HR-related matters.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role with at least 3 to 5 years of experience
Demonstrated knowledge of HR systems, best practices, and compliance regulations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
Experience in managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policies and procedures etc.
Ability to manage multiple HR projects and priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of business operations and business strategy
Demonstrated leadership, management and organizational skills
Knowledge of local labor law and regulations in India
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity and discretion
