About the Role
We are looking for a driven, target-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultant with proven experience in the Hyderabad real estate market. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete sales cycle independently, from the first client call to site visits, negotiations, and final closure.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads, make outbound calls, and connect with prospective property buyers.
* Understand clients’ budgets, requirements, investment goals, and preferences.
* Recommend suitable residential properties, apartments, villas, and investment opportunities across Hyderabad.
* Manage the complete sales process, from initial enquiry to successful deal closure.
* Schedule, coordinate, and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
* Follow up consistently with leads, nurture prospects, and convert enquiries into bookings.
* Negotiate with clients and coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams to close deals.
* Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM.
* Achieve monthly sales targets, site visit targets, and booking commitments.
* Stay updated on Hyderabad’s real estate market, upcoming projects, pricing, locations, and competing developments.
Requirements
* Mandatory: Proven experience in Hyderabad real estate sales.
* Strong knowledge of Hyderabad’s property market, key locations, and leading developers.
* Ability to independently handle the end-to-end sales process, from calling to closure.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
* Willingness to conduct regular property site visits and meet prospective clients.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and focused on achieving sales targets.
* Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain consistent follow-ups.
