Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Owner role based in Ghaziabad. The Owner will oversee overall business operations, including production, finance, sales, and compliance, ensuring that the company meets its strategic and financial objectives. Daily responsibilities include setting business goals, monitoring performance metrics, supervising key managers, and making decisions on resource allocation, investments, and vendor relationships. The role also involves maintaining relationships with customers and partners, assessing market opportunities, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement in processes and quality. The Owner is expected to ensure that the company adheres to regulatory requirements and promotes a safe, ethical, and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight.
Experience in operations and production management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Ability to build and maintain client, vendor, and stakeholder relationships and negotiate effectively.
Knowledge of relevant local regulations, compliance requirements, and industrial safety standards.
Proven leadership capabilities, including team development, performance management, and decision-making under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience owning, co-owning, or leading a business unit or company is highly beneficial.
