About the Role
ALRIHLA GLOBAL TOURS is seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic financial leader who can strengthen financial performance and support the company’s long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Oversee cash flow, financial controls, and expense management.
Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to executive leadership.
Develop strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
Support business expansion, investment decisions, and strategic planning.
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
5+ years in a senior financial leadership role.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Proven ability to lead teams and make data-driven business decisions.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or international business is a plus.
