QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High school education or equivalent.2. Ability to read procedure manuals and understand written assembly documents3. Ability to effectively communicate with other team members4. Bright, aggressive, and a self-starter5. Hand dexterity and hand/eye coordination6. Knowledge of related tools and equipment and their usage to ensure acceptable forming and lead lengthsRESPONSIBILITIES:Essential Job Functions 1. Assemble, inspect, and prepare electrical panels/circuit boards per related documentation and drawings2. Trim and form leaded parts3. Visually inspect and solder touch-up of solder defects4. Hand solder and hand-clean circuit boards as needed5. Repair hardware and/or components on circuit boards due to wave solder machine and/or washing process6. Keep workstation clean at all times7. Properly fill out production documentation8. Package final product.Non-EssentialJob Functions 1. Move electrical panels/circuit boards, compounds, and materials within cell area.2. Overall area clean up.3. Push, pull, lift and carry assembly parts up to 40 lbs4. Other duties as assigned by the Cell Team Leader
