The role
AI is at the core of how we work. You’ll build LLM-powered products and automations that our team uses every day, from first prototype to production.
What you’ll do
Build and ship AI-powered features and internal tools end-to-end.Design LLM workflows and agents that automate real work.Develop data pipelines and retrieval systems that give our AI the right context.
Evaluate models and prompts, and measure what actually works.Work directly with sales and operations to find the problems worth solving.You’re a fit if
You have solid experience with Python or TypeScript.You’ve built and shipped products with LLMs, not just experiments.
You know RAG, embeddings, agents or evals from practice.You care more about real-world impact than about the latest benchmark.You speak good English. German is a plus.You’re probably not a fit if
you’d rather train models than build products.you need detailed tickets before you get started.
