Pillar of the team
Working closely with either the project manager or the senior project manager (or both), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving project success. You’ll take ownership of small projects, and provide a boost to the major ones. Being one of the leaders at the helm, you’ll explore ways to bring out the best in your team by walking the talk when it comes to ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders. Likewise, you’re in charge of the organisational structure for each project, making sure that all reporting, communication and working procedures are streamlined, and that every project has clear objectives in place.

You’ll manage professional consultants necessary for the design and documentation of the project, as well as carry out contract administration of all vendors professionally and in accordance with legal requirements to protect commercial interests of client and JLL. You will also help identify project risks and implement measures to mitigate them. Furthermore, you will create project-related reports, analyses and reviews.

An expert in the field
Do you have a degree in any property-related discipline? How about at least 10 years of experience in Planning, documentation, design, construction of MEP services and management? If yes, we’re keen to discuss with you.

Detailed Job Description:
Oversee design coordination with client representatives (Facilities/IT/Business Units) ensuring alignment with operational requirements
Direct senior consultants in reviewing drawings, documentation, and design refinements for client approvals. Ensure design constructability and compliance with project specifications through department heads. Oversee contractor schedule adherence and milestone tracking through senior project leadership
Provide strategic inputs to Procurement Manager for MEP vendor selection and BOQ finalization. Oversee vendor performance evaluation and contractual compliance through department heads
Coordinate all MEP installations meet specifications, statutory requirements, and safety norms
Monitor inspection protocols for sophisticated resort/residential MEP services through senior engineers. Oversee material approvals, sample boards, mock-ups, and quality control procedures. Oversee testing and commissioning schedules ensuring alignment with handover timelines
Monitor smooth package handovers with advanced coordination and client sign-offs
Monitor invoice certifications, RA bills, Chair periodic review meetings with design consultants, vendors, and client representatives. Ensure comprehensive as-built documentation and O&M manual preparation
