Position Title: Full-Time Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Remote
Compensation: $85,000 – $120,000 annually
Location: Fully Remote – U.S. only
Job Summary
We are hiring for experienced, compassionate, and tech-savvy mid-level providers to join our remote care team. In this role, you will provide patient care through telemedicine, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Candidates must have strong clinical skills, the ability to work independently in a virtual environment, and a passion for improving access to healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual Primary Care and Urgent Care services to patients across the U.S.
Utilize electronic health records (EHR) efficiently and accurately
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care
Maintain compliance with telemedicine regulations and clinical best practices
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the United States
2+ years experience in Primary Care and/or Urgent Care (required)
With at least 10 active state licenses, preferably in Illinois, California, Texas, Georgia, Ohio, New Jersey, and Arizona.
Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently
Comfortable with technology, EHR systems, and virtual patient interaction
Flexible to work any shift, including alternating weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Full-time availability and commitment to a 2-year employment contract
Not accepting new graduates for this position
Schedule
Priority shift available: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 1:00 PM -11:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Full-time training (3–4 weeks)
Regular schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week.
