About the Opportunity:
The PROCUREMENT LEAD role involves leading the strategy, design, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement solutions within complex federal and enterprise programs. This position serves as the primary functional leader for procurement processes, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable Procure-to-Pay solutions aligned with organizational goals. The role is critical to ensuring effective procurement system deployment and integration, directly impacting operational efficiency and mission success.
Responsibilities:
Lead functional design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement across multiple workstreams
Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into procurement processes and system solutions
Configure and implement Oracle Procurement modules including Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Procurement Contracts
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Projects, Analytics, and other teams
Partner with technical staff to support integrations, security, reporting, and system extensions
Manage testing activities such as System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, regression testing, and go-live support
Oversee stakeholder relationships, offer strategic recommendations, and resolve issues
Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
Requirements:
Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement implementation and support
Strong knowledge of procurement business processes including Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Purchasing, and Procurement Contracts
Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Procurement modules
Proven expertise across the Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, testing, and go-live support
Ability to develop functional designs, process flows, test plans, and project documentation
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
U.S. citizenship
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range for certain US states is $106,300 to $206,200 USD
