Role Description This is a contract, on-site Business Consultant role based in Surat. The Business Consultant will work with client leadership to analyze current operations, identify performance gaps, and design practical improvement roadmaps. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting diagnostic assessments, gathering and interpreting data, facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings, and supporting implementation of new processes and systems. The role involves preparing clear presentations and reports, monitoring the impact of recommended changes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption of performance management and operational excellence practices. The Business Consultant is expected to maintain strong client relationships and contribute to continuous refinement of Maynit Consulting’s methodologies.

Candidates should possess Consulting and Management Consulting skills to diagnose client issues, recommend solutions, and manage transformation projects.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and present complex ideas clearly.
Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to understand financial implications of recommendations and support performance measurement.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in process improvement, operational excellence frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), or performance management is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site with client teams in Surat, manage multiple engagements, and adapt to dynamic business environments.
Proficiency in productivity and data tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization software) is an advantage.
