About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Company Description Veil6 (V6) is a San Francisco Bay Area–based venture platform that connects pre-seed, seed, and Series A founders with aligned venture capital and prepares them to secure funding. The company operates on both sides of the founder–investor gap, matching startups to funds whose thesis, stage focus, and check size fit, while also scouting for VC firms seeking pre-vetted investment opportunities. V6’s core services include VC alignment, talent recruiting and founder pairing, custom builds, security, go-to-market support, and a cohort-based accelerator from idea to MVP to first paying customer. The firm is industry-agnostic and builder-focused, occasionally investing directly and taking equity only when it leads or participates as an investor. Veil6 offers a collaborative, high-impact environment for investment professionals who want to work closely with early-stage founders and venture partners.
Role Description The Venture Capital Senior Investment Associate at Veil6 is a full-time, remote role focused on sourcing, evaluating, and supporting early-stage technology and non-technology companies. This role includes screening inbound and outbound deal flow, performing detailed market and competitive analyses, and conducting rigorous financial and operational due diligence on prospective portfolio companies. The Senior Investment Associate will develop investment memos, build and refine financial models, and collaborate with partners to shape investment theses and deal structures. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve maintaining relationships with founders and VC firms, supporting VC alignment processes, and contributing to portfolio monitoring and performance tracking. The role requires proactive collaboration across the team to refine internal processes, enhance the investor and founder network, and help strengthen Veil6’s position as a trusted partner in the early-stage ecosystem.
