What We’re Looking For
We are looking for more than someone who can present an existing training course.
The ideal candidate is an HVAC professional who understands the equipment, knows what technicians encounter in the field, and can use that experience to make training better.
You should be comfortable taking initiative, developing ideas, improving courses, identifying training needs, and helping shape the direction of the program.
As our organization grows, we want this person to grow with it and take on increasing responsibility within our technical training organization.

Why Cooper&Hunter
Cooper&Hunter is continuing to expand its presence in the U.S., creating opportunities for people who want to be directly involved in that growth.
For the right person, this role offers the opportunity to do more than conduct training. You will have the ability to help shape courses, improve our training approach, introduce new ideas, and contribute to the development of our technical training program.
