Role Description The Trip Organizer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing individual and group travel itineraries. . Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients to understand their preferences, researching routes and accommodations, preparing detailed itineraries, and coordinating bookings with partners and vendors. The role also involves managing trip documentation, monitoring schedules, handling changes or cancellations, and providing timely updates to travelers. This can be full time or part time. This is a remote work from home 1099 position.
Qualifications
Customer service mindset, with problem-solving skills to address unexpected changes, delays, or client concerns calmly and efficiently.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining reliability, confidentiality, and accountability.
Interest in travel; prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
