The Role
We run cold email campaigns for ourselves and our clients. When a prospect replies with interest, your job is to get them on the phone fast and book them onto a sales call.
This is not a cold calling role. Every person you call has already said they’re interested.
What You’ll Be Doing
Monitoring our AI reply agent to make sure every positive reply is handled quickly and correctly
Calling interested prospects within minutes of their reply to book them onto sales calls
What Success Looks Like
Speed to lead: every positive reply called within 5 minutes
Meetings booked, and more importantly, meetings held
No interested lead ever goes cold
Who This Role Is For
Recent graduates with a genuine interest in sales
Confident and comfortable on the phone, including with senior, high-value prospects
Wants ownership of the pipeline, not just a task list
You don’t need years of experience. We care most about attitude, approach and how you come across on the phone.
How We Work
Full-time, remote
Working hours aligned to US business hours, worked live (speed to lead is the job)
