We’re expanding our residential sales team and looking for motivated individuals interested in a flexible, remote sales opportunity. Position Overview
As a Residential Electricity Sales Representative, you’ll connect with prospective customers throughout Texas, explain their electricity comparison options, and assist them through approved enrollment channels. Unlike traditional commission-based positions that require representatives to find every customer themselves, you’ll have access to company-provided warm leads immediately upon joining.
Responsibilities
• Contact and follow up with company-provided warm leads to identify residential electricity enrollment opportunities.
• Assist homeowners, renters, and individuals moving into new residences with understanding their electricity options.
• Guide prospective customers through approved comparison and enrollment platforms.
• Maintain accurate lead records, customer communications, and follow-up activities.
• Develop customer relationships and identify additional referral opportunities.
• Participate in virtual training sessions to learn sales processes, electricity products, and enrollment procedures.
• Follow company guidelines and applicable consumer protection requirements.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using CRM software, phone communication, and online enrollment tools.
• Experience in residential electricity, telecommunications, solar, or other consumer sales industries is a plus.
Compensation & Work Arrangement
• Remote, commission-only opportunity with no guaranteed base salary.
• Company-provided warm leads and virtual training.
• Flexible scheduling, subject to customer needs and operational requirements.
• Commission rates, payment schedules, and eligibility requirements provided during the interview process and confirmed in writing.
The position is intended to operate under an independent contractor arrangement, subject to applicable worker-classification requirements.
