About the Opportunity:
The ACCOUNT MANAGER, AMERICAS OMS is responsible for facilitating effective communication and coordination between the business unit and the Enterprise Supply Chain team. This role ensures that supply chain resources are aligned to support project delivery and revenue recognition. It plays a critical part in managing procurement activities, resolving issues, and representing customer needs within the supply chain to maintain project performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Aggregate demand from the business unit for supply chain and supplier activities
Lead bid and proposal identification and execution
Serve as the issue resolution contact for business unit partners
Represent the customer's perspective within the supply chain organization
Monitor project delivery performance and manage resolution of variances with relevant teams
Lead the Get to Green process to track metrics and resolve supply chain issues
Manage escalation processes using issue management tools to facilitate problem resolution
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Over 7 years of experience in a global technical company supporting complex projects
Experience in customer-facing roles that involve customer service, demand planning, issue resolution, and executive communication
Experience in global sourcing
Familiarity with ERP systems or similar, preferably SAP and Ariba
Ability to travel 10 to 20 percent
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The base salary range for this position is estimated to be $112,400 to $140,500 per year, dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills.
