Okta Consultant Certified (Must have)
Design and document enterprise-grade IAM solutions utilizing the Okta Identity Cloud, focusing on scalability, high availability, and security best practices.
Lead the integration of Okta with complex enterprise systems, including HRIS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors), Active Directory/LDAP, IGA tools, and SaaS/on-premises applications via SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
Architect and build advanced automation workflows using Okta Workflows, Terraform, or custom API scripts (Python, PowerShell) to streamline lifecycle management (joiner-mover-leaver processes).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and architects, to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Implement and configure Okta features such as SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Authorization.
Develop and maintain custom integrations with third-party applications using Okta APIs and SDKs.
Conduct testing and validation of Okta IAM solutions to ensure they meet the required standards and requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
