Salary & Benefits: ₹15,000/month Fixed Salary + Lucrative Incentive of ₹2,000 per booking (after advance)
About the Role
We at IP Gardens, a premier open-lawn event venue in Mangadu, Chennai, are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our growing team. If you have exceptional communication skills, love interacting with clients, and have a proven knack for turning inquiries into successful event bookings, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls, handling customer inquiries efficiently.
Convert prospective leads into confirmed clients for our venue.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients.
Achieve sales and booking targets while providing exceptional service.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred.
Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in both English and Tamil (spoken and written).
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer relationship management is a strong plus.
Skills: Highly motivated, persuasive, target-driven, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
